Blue Origin Bali — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every stay booked directly with Blue Origin Bali. Blue Origin Bali is a trading name; direct bookings are contracted and payments processed by Libecciu Capital LLC (New Mexico, USA). By confirming a booking and/or making a payment, the guest ("you") agrees to these Terms. Guests booking through Airbnb or Booking.com are additionally bound by that platform's own terms.

1. The villas

Blue Origin Bali operates private one-bedroom villas with a private pool in Pererenan, Bali, Indonesia. Each villa is rented as an entire private unit for one individual or one couple, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Bookings & payment

  • A booking is a request until it is confirmed by us.
  • The booking is confirmed on our system only when payment is received.
  • The full amount is charged at the time of booking via Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Libecciu Capital LLC.
  • Rates are quoted in the currency shown at booking and include applicable taxes and service unless stated otherwise. Card/processing fees, if any, are shown before payment.
  • The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all members of the party.

3. Check-in & check-out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Early luggage drop is possible from 10:30 AM; we bring your bags in once the villa is ready.
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
  • On the day of departure you do not need to hand the key to anyone: simply leave it inside the villa on the table, or in the key box next to the front door.
  • Late check-out may be possible on request and subject to availability; an extra charge may apply.

4. Guests & occupancy

  • The villa may only be occupied by the number of guests stated on the booking.
  • Additional or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted without our prior written approval and may incur an extra charge.
  • The villa is a private residential home, not an event venue.

5. Damage

  • You are responsible for the villa and its contents during your stay. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear (including missing items) may be charged at replacement or repair cost.
  • Please report any pre-existing issue or accidental damage promptly so we can address it.

6. House rules (non-exhaustive)

The following rules apply throughout your stay. This list is not exhaustive.

  • No parties or events of any kind.
  • From 9:00 PM, a maximum of 2 people may be present at the villa.
  • Please keep the environment quiet from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, out of respect for our neighbours and the residential compound.
  • No drugs or illegal substances.
  • No pets unless you have received our written confirmation beforehand.
  • No smoking inside the villa; smoking is permitted in outdoor areas — please use the ashtrays provided.

Any breach of these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund, and you may be asked to leave the villa.

7. Pool & safety

  • The private pool has no lifeguard and is used entirely at your own risk.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, in and around the pool.
  • Please do not use glass near the pool. Diving is not advised.

8. Housekeeping

  • Daily cleaning is provided Monday to Saturday, generally between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Use the door signs ("Make Up the Room" / "Do Not Disturb") to let our team know your preference.
  • Sheets and towels are refreshed on day 6 of the stay and then every 6 days, and sooner on request.

9. Cancellation & refunds

  • A full refund will be issued for cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in (local time).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
  • If the guest does not check in (no-show), the booking is non-refundable.

10. Liability & personal property

  • Blue Origin Bali is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings. A safe box is provided in the bedroom wardrobe for valuables.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the stay. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law.
  • You agree to use the villa and its facilities responsibly and to indemnify us for damage or claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disaster, extreme weather, government action, utility outages, etc.). Where a stay cannot proceed for such reasons, we will work with you in good faith on a reschedule or a fair refund of amounts not already incurred.

12. Privacy

We process your personal data (name, contact details, ID where legally required) solely to manage your booking, comply with local regulations, and communicate with you. We do not sell your data. Contact us to access or delete your data.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably; failing that, it will be subject to the competent courts of Bali, Indonesia.
